Tech Ricky was Great!

We appreciated John coming out to our house promptly and wearing a face mask and being safety conscious while he was in our house.

One of the toughest challenges that the photo software Lightroom can present is moving thousands of files from failing external drives to new drives and have Lightroom still be able to find your raw files. John Le of Core Solutions moved 30,000 of my files to new drives and linked all of them back to Lightroom. I don’t know anyone else who can do that. In addition, John and Ricky gave me the information and advice I needed to select the new hardware I needed to replace the failing drives, and they installed the new setup for my photography business.

John knew exactly what to do to fix our issue. Whenever we would run into a roadblock in the process, he always had an alternate plan to arrive at our solution. He is also very easy to talk to and is personable, which is important in many ways as no one wants to troubleshoot for an hour with a wall! John took the time to reach out to me the following day, just to make sure our issue did not come back. Getting set up with CoreSolutions was a breeze. Making appointments, changing/cancelling appointments, paying an invoice, everything involved with CoreSolutions is so simple. Although, no one looks forward to future tech issues, I am relieved that I found John as a resource for when these inevitable situations arise. Highly recommended!
