When booking your appointment (existing client)
Please make sure to provide your complete name and email for our database; otherwise, your appointment may be subject to deletion. Upon scheduling your appointment, you should receive a ticket number and appointment approval. If you’re a new client, please refer to the “New Client” section above.
Support – Appointment Cancellation
When you schedule your appointment, you reserve a slot on our calendar that becomes unavailable to other clients. To show respect and consideration, kindly reach out to (916) 800-1397 or support@coresolutions.us as soon as you realize you won’t be able to keep your appointment.
Short Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 1-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
